“Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.”
Jeremiah 33:3 (KJV)
What Jeremiah 33:3 means
God gives you a standing invitation: call on Him. Not only does He promise to answer, He promises to show you great and mighty things you could never figure out on your own — things beyond your experience, your planning, your reach. When you’re stuck or out of ideas, the first move isn’t to strain harder; it’s to call. Bring the situation to God in prayer and expect Him to open up answers you didn’t even know were possible.
Today’s prayer
Father, thank You that You invite me to call on You and promise to answer. I bring what I can’t figure out to You today. Show me the great and mighty things I could never see on my own, and give me faith to ask and to listen. In Jesus’ name, amen.
