“O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever.”
1 Chronicles 16:34 (KJV)
What 1 Chronicles 16:34 means
Gratitude starts with a simple truth: the LORD is good, and His mercy never runs out. No matter what yesterday held or today brings, His goodness toward you hasn’t changed and His mercy is still flowing. Give thanks — not because everything is perfect, but because He is good and His love endures forever.
Today’s prayer
Father, thank You that You are good and Your mercy endures forever. When I forget, remind me of Your unfailing love. I choose to give thanks today — for who You are and for mercy that never runs out. In Jesus’ name, amen.
