What Colossians 3:16 means
Let God’s word make a home in you — not a visit, a home. When the Word lives in you richly, it overflows on its own: into wisdom for your decisions, encouragement for the people around you, and a song in your heart even on the hard days. You don’t have to force it. Fill up on the Word and let it spill out.
Today’s prayer
Lord, let Your word dwell in me richly today. Fill me until it overflows into wisdom, into encouragement for someone who needs it, and into a song of praise from my heart to You. In Jesus’ name, amen.
