What 1 John 3:1 means
Stop and really take this in: God doesn’t just tolerate you — He calls you His own child. That’s not a title you earned; it’s a gift His love handed you. When the world overlooks you or misreads you, your worth isn’t set by people who don’t know God. You belong to the Father, and that love is what defines you.
Today’s prayer
Father, thank You for loving me so greatly that You call me Your child. When I forget my worth, remind me that I belong to You. Help me live today secure in Your love, no matter how the world sees me. In Jesus’ name, amen.
