“The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.”
Exodus 14:14 (KJV)
What Exodus 14:14 means
When you’re facing something too big to handle on your own, you don’t have to fight it in your own strength. God steps in and fights for you — your part is to stop striving in panic, stay calm, and trust him. Hold your peace and let him work.
Today’s prayer
Father, when I feel surrounded and outmatched, remind me that the battle is Yours. Quiet my fear, still my striving, and help me trust You to fight for me. In Jesus’ name, amen.
